The Minister of Mass Media and Information Keheliya Rambukwella said that development during the second term of office of the President would amaze the entire world as it was done during the victory achieved during his first term of office.
The Minister expressed these views while speaking at a media conference held at Government Information Department which organized to give details of programmes planned island-wide to mark the inauguration of the President’s second term of office.
The Minister extended his greetings to the President for his second term of office. He said the nation made a vital contribution to get the President elected for another term of office. The President has launched a mega programme to develop the country.
The second term would enable him to complete his development programmes. He opined that their intention was to see Sri Lanka soon become Asia’s Miracle.
